MATS:

Dollamur 5x8 Wrestling Mat - Dollamur's Ebay Store for Wrestling Mats

Dollamur 4x6 Tatami Mat - Dollamur's Ebay Store for Martial Arts Mats

They have a phone number on these sites, the guy is nice. The wrestling mat I bought outside of Ebay over the phone, but would have gotten a slightly beter price in an auction. If they don't have the size you want, they can customize them. He hadn't put any 5x8's on the site it seemed until I ordered one over the phone, and then that's all I saw.

You can get larger sized wrestling mats cheaper than the Tatami style. I use the larger wrestling mat when hitting/kicking the heavy bag, and when doing things like burpees, grasshoppers, etc. I use the smaller mat for in front of the TV training with El Jefe, or hindu pushups, stretching, stuff that you don't have to have too much room to do. I prefer the Tatami mat because it is not so sticky.

GRIP TRAINING:

-Super Gripper (I love the Super Gripper, I have one for the car, and one at work. I put tennis racket wraps on mine)

-Captains of Crush Grippers B, 1, 2, & 3

-Gripstik

-The Wrench - I bought this from IronMind, I can't find it on their site anymore, it's 26lbs of metal with different thicknesses.

-Titan's Telegraph Key (I should use this more than I do, it is just inconvenient and big)

-Eggserciser (I have a soft and a hard one of these, I keep one in the car and let my son use the other one to exercise with.)
